G Brothers has an uncompromising commitment to safety. Our mission is to promote an accident-free work environment by developing positive safety attitudes throughout the workplace. A full-time Safety Manager administers training and inspection programs that cover all aspects of job performance in the field, at our office, and in our fleet operations.
At G Brothers, providing a safe work environment and promoting safety consciousness is of utmost importance. We train our employees to always consider safety first. This commitment to Safe Work Environments is one of the main factors that drives our everyday job performance.

Education and Training:
A comprehensive Safety Manual governs the performance of our crews. Equipment operators and laborers receive safety training specific to their position and work environment. Additional training is specified for each job description, which includes compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Superintendents and Field Supervisors are subject to additional training requirements, including first aid and CPR, confined space, lifting and rigging, forklift operation, powered platforms, PPE assessment, and hazard communication. Supervisors conduct daily job briefings and weekly tailgate meetings that outline the importance of a safe work environment.
Environmental Compliance:
GBC understands the unique needs of environmentally sensitive projects and as a result, we have never received an environmental compliance violation or citation.
Our construction crews are directed by project managers, field superintendents and job foremen with training and certification in all aspects of environmental requirements. We utilize the highest quality materials and implement recognized best-management practices to manage every job site for effective environmental stewardship.
GBC’s crews are also trained and prepared for hazardous response. Materials and methods are readily available for quick deployment on all sites where spills may be a potential. We work aggressively and proactively to ensure that spills never occur.
Our preventative maintenance and routine inspections guarantee that all equipment on our sites are ready to perform productively and without incident.
